产品价值链的不同生产环节创造的价值增加值有所不同,其原因是各阶段形成的经济租金存在差异,特定环节进入壁垒的提高可以带来经济租金的增加,从而实现该环节经营企业收入的增长.基于此,本文认为中小企业选择“显形”的功能升级和链条升级的发展方式,在受制于购买者约束和资源约束而必然要经历一个资本和能力长期累积过程的现实状况下,应当首先关注其内部资源要素的系统构建,强化内生竞争优势的整体提升,以专业领域“隐形冠军”为发展目标,获取细分市场的垄断地位,提高所从事分工环节的经济租金,以此推动收入的稳定增长,从而以“隐形”发展的积累为“显形”发展的突破提供有力支持.

The uneven distribution of the added value in each links of the value chain is derived from?? the ability to create economic rents. The increase of the barriers of entry of special area can raise the economic rents and the income of en- terprises engaged in this area. On this perspective, we suggest that, in the circumstances under which the SMEs must accumu- late the capital and ability in a long-term development process before the can achieve the "visible" development under the situ- ations of buyer resistances and resource requirements, the SMEs should carry out the accumulation of resources and enhance their competitive advantage if they want to achieve the development goals to become "hidden champion" in order to be able to obtain the market monopoly and achieve sustainable income growth, fulfilling the "visible" development by accumulation in the "hidden" period. The results of theoretical and empirical analysis provide the corroboration for the above view.
