居延里程简（E．P．T59：582）中的居延置，学者认为在景泰县寺滩乡之三道墒附近或白茨水。考虑到另一处汉代遗址老婆子水地处东西大道上，路径平阔，遗址面积较大，与白茨水两者距离汉媪围古城相近，距汉循次距离相同，此处才应是居延置所在。而渡乌兰津必经之白墩子盐泽，汉代应为一湖泽，可能也叫居延水。霍去病元狩二年西征“济居延”，应当是从乌兰津渡河，过居延，达到长途奔袭的目的。
居延裏程簡（E．P．T59：582）中的居延置，學者認為在景泰縣寺灘鄉之三道墑附近或白茨水。攷慮到另一處漢代遺阯老婆子水地處東西大道上，路徑平闊，遺阯麵積較大，與白茨水兩者距離漢媼圍古城相近，距漢循次距離相同，此處纔應是居延置所在。而渡烏蘭津必經之白墩子鹽澤，漢代應為一湖澤，可能也叫居延水。霍去病元狩二年西徵“濟居延”，應噹是從烏蘭津渡河，過居延，達到長途奔襲的目的。
거연리정간（E．P．T59：582）중적거연치，학자인위재경태현사탄향지삼도상부근혹백자수。고필도령일처한대유지로파자수지처동서대도상，로경평활，유지면적교대，여백자수량자거리한오위고성상근，거한순차거리상동，차처재응시거연치소재。이도오란진필경지백돈자염택，한대응위일호택，가능야규거연수。곽거병원수이년서정“제거연”，응당시종오란진도하，과거연，체도장도분습적목적。
The ＂Juyan post＂ mentioned in E.P.T59：582, a bamboo slip considered to be near Sangdaochong or Baicishui of Sitan Village in Jingtai about the boundary of Juyan, is County. However, another Han dynasty site ＂Laopozishui＂ is situated on a large east-west thoroughfare. Both Laopozishui and Baicishui are at a similar distance from the site of Hart dynasty Aowei city and at the same distance from another Han dynasty site. Therefore, this should be the exact place of ＂Juyan post.＂ People who wanted to cross the Wulan River would pass by the Baidunzi Salt Lake, a lake that in the Han dynasty might have been called Juyan Lake. When Han dynasty general He Qubing went west to ＂help Juyan＂ in the second year of the Yuanshou era, he should have traveled to Juyan by crossing the Wulan River so as to carry out a long-distance raid.
