党的十八大报告指出：把生态文明建设放在突出地位，融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程，努力建设美丽中国，实现中华民族永续发展。贵州省明确提出把建设生态文明作为实现贵州省经济社会发展历史性跨越的根本途径，而发展旅游业是贵州省建设生态文明的必然选择。基于生态文明的视角，在分析生态文明与生态旅游关系的基础上，提出了贵州省循环型生态旅游发展模式和政府引导、市场主导的驱动运行机制，为全国欠发达地区调整产业结构，转变生产、生活方式，建设生态文明探索切实可行的路径。

According to the Report on the Eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China, to be constructing a beautiful China and achieving the sustainable development is to make the prominent position for ecological civilization construction, together with various aspects and the whole process on economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction, Guizhou Province clearly stated that ecological civilization construction is the fundamental way and historic turning point to realize its economic and social development, at the same time, developing tourism is an inevitable choice to construct ecological civilization. Based on the relationship between ecological civilization and ecotourism in an ecological civilization perspective, this paper proposed the recycling- oriented ecotourism development mode and the driven operation mechanism with government-guiding and market- leading, and made a reference for underdeveloped areas to adjust industrial structure, transform production mode ＆ life style and construct ecological civilization.
