龙灶是古代重要的煮盐灶型。三峡地区是考古发现龙灶最早、最多的地区。本文介绍了忠县中坝遗址新石器至西汉时期的龙灶遗迹、乌杨墓群发现的汉代龙灶模型，对早期龙灶的变化做了细致分析，结合文献材料、其它地区的考古资料，对比研究了国内外其它地区使用龙灶制盐的情况，并考察了龙灶的各种变化与发展，对龙灶的一些基本功用得到了一定认识。
龍竈是古代重要的煮鹽竈型。三峽地區是攷古髮現龍竈最早、最多的地區。本文介紹瞭忠縣中壩遺阯新石器至西漢時期的龍竈遺跡、烏楊墓群髮現的漢代龍竈模型，對早期龍竈的變化做瞭細緻分析，結閤文獻材料、其它地區的攷古資料，對比研究瞭國內外其它地區使用龍竈製鹽的情況，併攷察瞭龍竈的各種變化與髮展，對龍竈的一些基本功用得到瞭一定認識。

The Dragon Cooker is an important implement for salt making. The Three Gorges area unearthed the most abundant and earliest of Dragon Cookers. This paper introduces the Dragon Cooker remains in the Zhongba Neolithic site and the Wuyang Eastern Han Cemetery of Zhong County, and analyzes the evolution of the Dragon Cooker in ancient China. Then, this paper concludes the change, development, and several basic function of the cooker, combined with historical documents and archae- ological materials.
