新产品开发团队(NPD团队)的整体实力,在一定程度上决定了高新技术企业自主创新能力的水平,而多团队系统学习(MTSL)对于多团队系统(MTS)能力的提高非常重要。本研究以高新技术企业NPD多园队系统为研究对象,将工作过程分析、人际环境分析、目标成分分析作为多团队系统学习概念模型的三个维度,将过程绩效、产品绩效、延伸绩效作为NPD多团队系统绩效测评模型的三个维度,再运用结构方程模型的研究方法,建立了多团队学习与NPD多团队绩效关系模型。研究表明:多团队学习概念模型与NPD多团队系统绩效测评模型的拟合度良好,各维度因子负荷均通过显著性水平检验。多团队学习的各子维度均正向显著影响NPD多团队系统绩效。

During the era of the global knowledge economy, new and high technology industry can improve its own ability through getting a better independent innovation capability, which largely depend on the whole ability of the new product development team. The multi -team system learning is an effective way to strengthen the whole multi -team system's ability. This study focuses on the NPD multi - team system of high - tech enterprises and proposes three dimensions of MTS learning model, which are work process analysis, interpersonal environment analysis and goal hierarchy analysis. Besides, we consider work process performance, product performance and extension performance as the three dimensions of NPD multi- team performance model. Then we build a relation model between MTSL and NPD multi - team performance by using structural equation mod- eling method. The research shows that all the dimensions have passed the significance inspection, and both models have an acceptable fitting degree. All the dimensions of MTSL positively impact the NPD multi - team performance.
