本文采用1987—2010年时间序列数据,采用回归分析法,对影响中国民航运输业单位产出能耗的因素进行实证研究,结果显示,单位产出能耗与载运率、经济发展速度、技术水平、航程以及市场结构都呈负相关关系,并且其影响程度依次递减。因此,要降低单位产出能耗,减少碳排放,就必须坚持加快社会经济发展,加大节能技术研发投入。同时.民航运输业自身也必须努力提升民航服务水平,积极采用并引进国内外先进节能技术,加快调整航线网络结构.深化民航运输市场改革,降低企业进出壁垒。

By using the 1987 - 2010 time - series data and selecting the regression analysis, this paper makes an empirical research on the factors affecting energy consumption per unit of output of China Civil Aviation. The result shows that energy consumption per unit of output has a negative correlation with the load level, the speed of economic development, technology level, range and market structure, and their degrees of influence are in descending order. To this end, for reducing energy consumption per unit of output and carbon emissions, the Chinese government must persist in accelerating socio - economic development and increasing investment in the research and development of energy - saving technologies, and at the same time, the civil aviation industry itself must also strive to enhance the service level of civil aviation, actively use and introduce the advanced energy - saving technologies at home and abroad, speed up the adjustment of the route network structure, deepen the civil aviation market reform and reduce the enterprise entry and exit barriers.
