全产业链是我国农业产销体系创新变革的重要模式。全产业链模式是解决“半截子”产业化现象，破解农产品流通困局，保障农产品质量安全的必然要求。农地保障功能的弱化，农民就业、转业空间的扩大等条件也为全产业链模式实施提供了现实基础。应加快培育新型职业农民队伍，壮大农业合作组织和农业龙头企业，构建充分保障农民利益的利益联结机制，进一步促进全产业链农业产销体系发展。

As an important innovation and reforming mode of agricultural production-marketing system, the whole industrial chain meets the essential requirements for solving the problem of ＂half＂ industrialization phenomenon and circulation dilemma of agricultural products, as well as ensuring the quality of agricultural products. The weakened function of fields as the living sources and more new working opportunities for the peasants provide the realistic basis and preconditions to implement the whole industrial chain mode. For the development of agricultural production-marketing system based on the whole industrial chain mode, this paper proposes to quicken the steps of fostering a new group of professional peasants, strengthen the agricultural coop- eratives and the,leading enterprises, and set up the interest-linking organism to protect the peasants＇ interest.
