从城市化视角出发,对农村文化扶贫工作进行了具体分析,认为农村文化扶贫工作应注重价值观念、思维方式、文化习俗等深层次的文化扶贫.新的经济形态要求要有新的文化形态,因此,农村文化扶贫工作应积极引入与市场经济相适应的文化因子；要充分发挥农民工和乡村文化精英等意见领袖的作用,实现贫困地区的文化变迁；要承古求新,寻求传统农耕文化与现代化的契合点,注重乡村文化重构中的保护和创新,避免现代化进程中“城市病”的发生.
從城市化視角齣髮,對農村文化扶貧工作進行瞭具體分析,認為農村文化扶貧工作應註重價值觀唸、思維方式、文化習俗等深層次的文化扶貧.新的經濟形態要求要有新的文化形態,因此,農村文化扶貧工作應積極引入與市場經濟相適應的文化因子；要充分髮揮農民工和鄉村文化精英等意見領袖的作用,實現貧睏地區的文化變遷；要承古求新,尋求傳統農耕文化與現代化的契閤點,註重鄉村文化重構中的保護和創新,避免現代化進程中“城市病”的髮生.

From the perspective of urbanization,this paper probes into the features of the career of rural culture-aid and comes to the conclusion that the Rural Culture-aid Program in the Perspective of Urbanization should focus on the change in values, the way of thinking and customs. Considering the new cultural modes in correspondence with the new forms of economy, market economy should be intro- duced into rural country, Meanwhile, migrant workers and rural elites can be as opinion leaders to facili- tate the transformation of rural culture. Finally, the government should lay emphasis on the protection and innovation of rural culture by means of finding the joint point of rural culture and modernization so as to evade from the possible problems in modernization.
