在中国传统社会中，国家农贷发挥了重要作用。抗战时期，陕甘宁边区的农贷形态经历了“货币农贷-实物农贷-‘借钱还钱，借粮还粮”’的转变。这种转变是在诸多因素合力的作用下产生的，其结果是，在农贷政策方面属于新手的中国共产党在短短几年的探索中，吸取教训，总结经验，摸索出一条符合边区实际，切实可行的农贷执行政策。
在中國傳統社會中，國傢農貸髮揮瞭重要作用。抗戰時期，陝甘寧邊區的農貸形態經歷瞭“貨幣農貸-實物農貸-‘藉錢還錢，藉糧還糧”’的轉變。這種轉變是在諸多因素閤力的作用下產生的，其結果是，在農貸政策方麵屬于新手的中國共產黨在短短幾年的探索中，吸取教訓，總結經驗，摸索齣一條符閤邊區實際，切實可行的農貸執行政策。
재중국전통사회중，국가농대발휘료중요작용。항전시기，협감저변구적농대형태경력료“화폐농대-실물농대-‘차전환전，차량환량”’적전변。저충전변시재제다인소합력적작용하산생적，기결과시，재농대정책방면속우신수적중국공산당재단단궤년적탐색중，흡취교훈，총결경험，모색출일조부합변구실제，절실가행적농대집행정책。
In traditional Chinese society, the national agricultural loan plays an important role. During the Anti-Japanese War, the physical form of agricultural loans in Shan-Gan-Ning Boarder Area experienced the change from ＂monetary agricultural loan - physical agricultural loan＂ - to ＂borrow money, pay back mon- ey, borrow bread and return bread＂, which appeared under the influences of different factors. As a beginner in the agricultural loan policy-maker, the CPC in the 1940s spent quite a few years to explore and draw lessons from the practice, trying to find out a feasible policy of agricultural loan.
