In the long run, the development pressure can only be effectively scatted by deepening reform and institutional adjustment. The key point of reform is to solve the problem of the round that is softened, solidified, misallocated and omitted in the system. The fundamental solution is to establish the mechanism of separation of power to simulate growth by rational separation of power, to keep stability by effective check and balance, and to maintain prosperity by separation of power and the check and balance. The specific route is to strengthen the institutional elasticity of ownership, technological innovation, ecological rehabilitation, social governance, income distribution and urbanization.
