网络社群在危机信息传播中发挥着越来越突出的平台与渠道作用,危机事件被迅速和广泛地传播,影响被成倍放大.影响网络社群危机信息传播的因素很多：危机事件类型及其与人们切身利益的相关度、危机信息的不确定性、网络社群的人群结构及信息结构特征、网络社群群体的行为及认知等.分析识别这些影响因素,可为危机信息决策者制定危机信息传播的应对决策提供科学指导.

Network communities play a more and more prominent role as a platform and channel in crisis information dissemination. The crisis events were spread quickly and widely, and the effects of the crisis were enlarged multiply. Many factors affect the network commu- nity crisis information dissemination, such as the crisis event types and their correlation with the vital interests of the people, the crisis infor- mation of uncertainty, population structure and the information structure characteristic of the network community, the behavior and cognitive of the groups of the network community. Analyzing and identifying these factors can provide scientific guidance to formulate the crisis informa- tion dissemination response policies for the crisis information decision makers.
