组织创造力作为组织创新的前提和知识基础,影响着组织的创新绩效。本文基于创造力与创新理论、战略导向理论,分析了组织创造力与组织创新绩效之间的关系,分别探讨了市场导向、企业家导向对组织创造力与组织创新绩效关系的调节效应。利用269家有效企业问卷,进行实证研究,结果发现:组织创造力正向促进组织创新绩效,企业家导向有效的加强组织创造力与组织创新绩效之间的关系。

As the prerequisite and knowledge base for the organizational innovation, the organizational creativity affects the organ- ization' s innovational performance. Based on the Creativity & Innovation theory and the strategic orientation theory, the paper analyzes the relationship between the organizational creativity and the organizational innovational performance, and then tests the moderating effect of the strategic orientation (including the market orientation and the entrepreneurial orientation) on this rela- tionship. Through an empirical research based on the data collected from 269 Chinese firms, it is found out that the organizational creativity is positively related to the organizational innovation performance, and the entrepreneurial orientation enhances the rela- tionship between the organizational creativity and the organizational innovation performance.
