对10名优秀女子举重运动员和10名普通女子举重运动员的抓举技术进行生物力学测试,通过比较优秀运动员和普通运动员的动作技术参数,发现:1)在最大铃速和惯性上升阶段铃升这2个指标方面,优秀运动员与普通运动员比较,数据上相差无几,统计学检验无显著性差异。2)在伸膝提铃阶段普通运动员的膝角变化和髋角变化均大于优秀运动员,而在展体加速阶段优秀运动员在膝角变化、髋角变化和躯干俯仰变化方面均大于普通运动员,但是均无显著性差异。3)普通运动员在伸膝提铃阶段的杠铃上升高度百分比和有效功百分比均大于优秀运动员,而在展体加速阶段和惯性上升阶段优秀运动员的杠铃上升高度百分比和有效功百分比均大于普通运动员,但是均无显著性差异。4)优秀运动员在各个动作阶段的相对平均功率和相对有效力均大于普通运动员,尤其在展体加速阶段优秀运动员的优势表现得更加明显。这些差异表明优秀运动员在展体加速阶段比普通运动员表现出更好的爆发力水平,动作技术更加合理。
對10名優秀女子舉重運動員和10名普通女子舉重運動員的抓舉技術進行生物力學測試,通過比較優秀運動員和普通運動員的動作技術參數,髮現:1)在最大鈴速和慣性上升階段鈴升這2箇指標方麵,優秀運動員與普通運動員比較,數據上相差無幾,統計學檢驗無顯著性差異。2)在伸膝提鈴階段普通運動員的膝角變化和髖角變化均大于優秀運動員,而在展體加速階段優秀運動員在膝角變化、髖角變化和軀榦俯仰變化方麵均大于普通運動員,但是均無顯著性差異。3)普通運動員在伸膝提鈴階段的槓鈴上升高度百分比和有效功百分比均大于優秀運動員,而在展體加速階段和慣性上升階段優秀運動員的槓鈴上升高度百分比和有效功百分比均大于普通運動員,但是均無顯著性差異。4)優秀運動員在各箇動作階段的相對平均功率和相對有效力均大于普通運動員,尤其在展體加速階段優秀運動員的優勢錶現得更加明顯。這些差異錶明優秀運動員在展體加速階段比普通運動員錶現齣更好的爆髮力水平,動作技術更加閤理。

In this paper, 10 elite women weightlifting athletes and 10 ordinary women weightlifters are tested through comparing the technical parameters of excellent weight lifting athletes and normal ath letes, and find that:(1)There is not much difference between elite athletes and ordinary athletes on the maximum barbell speed and the rising height of barbell on the inertia rise stage and there is no significant statistically difference. (2)In the stretching knee and lifting barbell stage, ordinary athletes of knee joint angle and hip joint angle changes are greater than those of the elite athletes, while in the stretching body and barbell accelerating phase, changes of knee joint angle, hip joint angle and trunk angle are greater than those of the ordinary athletes, but there are no significant differences. (3)In the stretching knee and lifting barbell stage, the barbell height percentage and effective work percentage of ordinary athletes are greater than those of elite athletes,and in the stretching body acceleration phase and barbell inertia rising stage, the barbell height percentage and effective work percentage of elite athletes are higher than those of ordi- nary athletes, but there are no significant differences. (4)In each action stage, outstanding athletes~ rela- tive average power and relative effective force are greater than the ordinary athlete, especially in the stretching body acceleration phase, elite athletes show more obvious advantages. These differences indi- cate that excellent athletes have better explosive force level and the action is also more reasonable than that of ordinary athletes.
