行政信息公开之诉是知情权的司法救济方式，是保障知情权实现的有效方式之一。行政信息公开之诉不仅是一般意义上的行政诉讼，由于行政信息公开自身的特点，决定了行政信息公开之诉具有自身法律的特质以及独特的法治维度。为了社会成员知情权的充分实现，我们需要对行政信息公开之诉的法治维度进行建构，为行政信息公开之诉的法治运作指明理论与现实路径。

Litigation of disclosure of administration information is a judicial relief and an effective way to ensure its achieve- ment. It is more than administrative litigation in its common sense. Due to the specific features of disclosure of administration in- formation, this kind of litigation has its own legal characteristics and unique legal dimension. For full fulfillment of the knowing right of the public, we need to construct the legal dimension, and point out the theoretical and practical paths to the legal opera- tion of litigation of administration information disclosure.
