中国梦是国家、民族的梦,也是每个中国人的梦,归根到底是人民的梦。办人民满意的大学,是西藏大学全体师生的共同愿望和价值追求。实现西藏大学的发展目标就要自觉地把提高质量作为学校改革发展最核心最紧迫的任务,将工作重心转移到以质量提升为核心的特色发展、内涵式发展上。文章从突出人才培养质量、突出办学特色、加强师资队伍建设、强化社会服务等方面提出了西藏大学走内涵式发展道路的途径。

＂Chinese dream＂ is the dream of the country, the dream of the nation, the dream of every Chinese peo ple as well as the dream of the whole people. As people expect to have a better education, runing a satisfing uni versity for people is the common aspiration and value pursuit of all teachers and students of Tibet University. In order to achieve the development goal of Tibet University, it is necessary to take it as the core and most urgent task to consciously improve its quality, and the focus of work should be shifted to its characteristic development and connotative development, which take quality improvement as the core. This article suggests some strategies for Tibet University to practice connotative development, which should highligts its talent training quality, teach- ing staff construction, community service, etc.
