就全球来看，最终产品对产业发展的作用在降低，而中间产品的作用在提升，并且发达国家的产业发展历程也证实了这一点。文章在说明中间产品出口对产业升级的作用机理的基础上，分析了中国中间产品出口现状，并通过投入产出表和实证分析，具体量化说明中间品出口对国内产业的关联效应和附加值的提升作用弱，进而指出其对国内产业升级作用不足，并提出了相应的政策建议。

On the basis of demonstrating the mechanism of the intermediate goods export＇s role in industrial upgrading, this paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese intermediate goods export. Meanwhile it specific-ally and quantitatively demonstrates the weak role of Chinese intermediate goods export in industrial linkage and increasing added value through input-output table and empirical analysis, which further points out the weakness of Chinese intermediate goods export in upgrading industries. Then corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed.
