This paper systemically analyzes the basic characteristics of the freshman majoring in life science in teachers college, the difficulties and problems existing in the learning the course of inorganic and analytical chemis- try, and discusses the methods and ways for solving these problems. Some highly effective teaching reform and practices have been carried out and it makes good teaching effects.
