This paper is an analysis of the enlightenment of Jeremy Lin effect to basketball reserve personnel training in our country, focuses on the analysis and comparison of training mechanism, basketball reserve talents, college basketball coach selection and other aspects of the system between China and America, and puts forward the reasonable suggestions.
