以当前国内专业瑜伽人才缺乏的现状为背景,从瑜伽健身市场、高校瑜伽教学以及休闲体育需求这三方面阐述了体育院系增设瑜伽课的必要性,进而分析了体育院系开设该课所具备的有利条件,并提出了相应的建议,最终得出了如下结论：体育院系增设瑜伽课是十分必要的.

E. colleges of universities are discussed from the per- spectives of the yoga market, university yoga teaching and leisure sports demand, and then analyzes the favorable conditions of department of physical education to offer the course possess, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions, and finally come conclusion as follows： adding yoga course in department of physical education is very necessary.
