在CDIO理念中融入工程素养(Engineering quality)、职业素养(Professionalism)和团队素养(Team accomplishment),提出了基于EPT-CDIO的工程教育模式,分析了CDIO教育模式下高校工程专业教师应具备的基本素质.从教师与教学、教师与学生、教师与资源和教师与评价等多维度探讨了专业教师角色重定位问题,提出了引聘名师、培养骨干、校企合作、专兼结合的师资队伍建设方案.
在CDIO理唸中融入工程素養(Engineering quality)、職業素養(Professionalism)和糰隊素養(Team accomplishment),提齣瞭基于EPT-CDIO的工程教育模式,分析瞭CDIO教育模式下高校工程專業教師應具備的基本素質.從教師與教學、教師與學生、教師與資源和教師與評價等多維度探討瞭專業教師角色重定位問題,提齣瞭引聘名師、培養骨榦、校企閤作、專兼結閤的師資隊伍建設方案.

Engineering education mode which was based on EPT-CDIO was put forward After EPT (Engineer- ing quality, Professionalism, Team accomplishment) was blending in idea of CDIO. Basic quality of teacher who was working on engineering specialty in colleges and universities was analyzed under CDIO educational pattern, re- locating of professional teacher was discussed in view of teacher-teaching, teacher-student, teacher-resource and teacher-evaluating, scheme of teaching stuff construction which include employing famous teacher, cultivating back- bone, cooperating of university-enterprise and integrating of full-time and part-time was presented.
