改革开放以来,江西经济社会事业快速发展,人民生活水平得到显著提高,城乡面貌发生了巨大变化.然而,经济社会发展中存在居民收入差距过大问题.从收入分配视角出发,选取第二、三产业产值与第一产业产值比、城市与农村恩格尔系数比、城市与农村就业人数比、农村与城市人均医疗费用比、农村与城市人均文娱教育活动开支比、农村与城市人均消费水平比、城乡商品零售价格指数比等作为测度指标,分析影响城乡发展的因素,进而提出相关政策建议.
改革開放以來,江西經濟社會事業快速髮展,人民生活水平得到顯著提高,城鄉麵貌髮生瞭巨大變化.然而,經濟社會髮展中存在居民收入差距過大問題.從收入分配視角齣髮,選取第二、三產業產值與第一產業產值比、城市與農村恩格爾繫數比、城市與農村就業人數比、農村與城市人均醫療費用比、農村與城市人均文娛教育活動開支比、農村與城市人均消費水平比、城鄉商品零售價格指數比等作為測度指標,分析影響城鄉髮展的因素,進而提齣相關政策建議.

Since the reform and opening up, Jiangxi＇s economic and social undertakings see a rapid development and peo- ple＇s living standards have improved significantly with great changes taking place in urban and rural areas. However, the prob-lem of？income gap？haunts economic and social development. From the perspective of income distribution, the paper selects second, third industrial output and the first＇ industrial output ratio, urban and rural Engel coefficient ratio, urban and rural em- ployment ratio, urban and rural per capita health care costs ratio, rural and urban per capita entertainment education spending ratio, urban and rural per capita consumption level ratio and retail price index ratio as evaluation index,to analyze influencing factors of urban and rural development, then relevant policy recommendations are proposed.
