对2011年第四届“绿博会”的问卷调查结果表明,会展顾客对本次会展的总体满意度一般,主要存在以下不足:品牌知名度不高,影响力不大;会展缺乏总体定位,水平参差不齐;现场管理失当,展馆卫生较差;缺乏专业会展人员,服务水平不高.应从加强会展品牌建设,做大绿博会影响力;加强会展现场管理,提高展会品质和水平;注重会展专业人才培养,提升从业人员综合素质;完善会展基础设施和配套服务,提高服务水平等方面提高会展的举办能力.

The questionnaire shows not impressive customer satisfactions towards China Green Food Expo 2011, and the major deficiencies come as foloows: lack of high profile brands leads to insufficient influences; lack of overall positioning leads to uneven level; exibition site was not properly managed; lack of professional personnel Jeads to low level of service. Measures should be taken to strengthen brand building of the trade fair and site management as well, to focus on professional personnel cultivation, to improve infrastructure and supporting facilities, and to increase level of service.
