在社会历史场景下，技术体系的建构呈现为层次结构与族系繁衍，权力属性得以展现。政治权力也按照技术原则自觉建构和运转，出现了技术与权力的一体化态势。面对功能与权力日趋强大的现代技术，我们应当树立忧患意识，遏制欲望，重塑人性，重建精神文明，合理地约束和控制技术的建构及其权力的扩张。

In the social and historical scene, the construction of technological system is presented in structural levels and race reproduction through which technological power attributes are shown. Political power is also consciously constructed and operated in accordance with the principles of technology, hence the integrative trend of technology and power appears. As modern technology becomes increasingly powerful in function and power, we should have a sense of crisis, contain our excessive desire, restore the human nature, reshape human nature, to reconstruct spiritual civilization, and reasonably constrain and control technological construction and its power expansion.
