目的:通过18F-FDG PET/CT显像9 144例被检查者,探讨棕色脂肪在成人体内存在与分布状况,以及棕色脂肪FDG摄取与年龄性别、身体成分、季节的关系.方法:回顾性分析9 144例被检查者PET/CT结果,其中男性5 876例,女性3 268例.受检者空腹6h以上,行PET/CT检查.结果:117例被检查者发生棕色脂肪FDG摄取,占被检查者总数的1.28%;其中男性35例,女性82例,出现棕色脂肪摄取的人数有明显季节差异,寒冷季节高于较温暖季节.结论:在临床实验条件下,发现棕色脂肪FDG摄取较易发生于年轻女性及体重指数偏低的患者中,在较寒冷季节进行检查也会显著提高该现象的发生率.推测棕色脂肪实验条件下,阳性检出率将会更高.
目的:通過18F-FDG PET/CT顯像9 144例被檢查者,探討棕色脂肪在成人體內存在與分佈狀況,以及棕色脂肪FDG攝取與年齡性彆、身體成分、季節的關繫.方法:迴顧性分析9 144例被檢查者PET/CT結果,其中男性5 876例,女性3 268例.受檢者空腹6h以上,行PET/CT檢查.結果:117例被檢查者髮生棕色脂肪FDG攝取,佔被檢查者總數的1.28%;其中男性35例,女性82例,齣現棕色脂肪攝取的人數有明顯季節差異,寒冷季節高于較溫暖季節.結論:在臨床實驗條件下,髮現棕色脂肪FDG攝取較易髮生于年輕女性及體重指數偏低的患者中,在較寒冷季節進行檢查也會顯著提高該現象的髮生率.推測棕色脂肪實驗條件下,暘性檢齣率將會更高.
목적:통과18F-FDG PET/CT현상9 144례피검사자,탐토종색지방재성인체내존재여분포상황,이급종색지방FDG섭취여년령성별、신체성분、계절적관계.방법:회고성분석9 144례피검사자PET/CT결과,기중남성5 876례,녀성3 268례.수검자공복6h이상,행PET/CT검사.결과:117례피검사자발생종색지방FDG섭취,점피검사자총수적1.28%;기중남성35례,녀성82례,출현종색지방섭취적인수유명현계절차이,한랭계절고우교온난계절.결론:재림상실험조건하,발현종색지방FDG섭취교역발생우년경녀성급체중지수편저적환자중,재교한랭계절진행검사야회현저제고해현상적발생솔.추측종색지방실험조건하,양성검출솔장회경고.
Objective: It is to evaluate brown adipose tissue (BAT) uptake patterns and its relationships with age, gender, physical condition and season differences, with the tracer compound ^18F- FDG by positron emission tomography/computer tomography (PET/CT) imaging. Methods: The study analyzed 9 144 cases who were scanned (3 268 female and 5 876 male). They fasted at least 6h before the PET scan. Results: Of the 9 144 scans, 117 cases ( 1. 28% ; 35 male and 82 female) possessed brown fat. The cases with brown fat were younger and thinner than the cases without it; the incidence was highest in cool season in the whole group of the cases. Conclusions: FDG uptake in BAT occurs particularly in younger female patients and those with lower body mass index values. The incidence of brown fat is clearly increased during the cooler period of the year. If experimental conditions are controlled, more cases may be found.
