Internet finance is a field of combining internet with finance, which represents the trend of modem finance development and attracts widespread attention from securities industry for its developing potential. As to this new financial mode, our paper deeply analyzes the impact of internet finance on securities industry, and provides advice and policy recommendations to securities industry in order to conform the opportunity and challenge of interact finance on the basis of its current situation and tendency. This study also provides useful references for securities companies to carry out internet banking business, and for administrative departments to formulate polices, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
