中国古代法制史上，历朝历代的统治者都极为重视婚姻家庭关系，并通过“礼”、“令”、“律”等确认婚姻关系的合法化。其中，特别是婚姻关系成立的程序性要件和限制性条件的发展变化，及婚姻律法的不断刑法化，对我国现今的婚姻家庭生活仍具有一定的沿袭和影响。
中國古代法製史上，歷朝歷代的統治者都極為重視婚姻傢庭關繫，併通過“禮”、“令”、“律”等確認婚姻關繫的閤法化。其中，特彆是婚姻關繫成立的程序性要件和限製性條件的髮展變化，及婚姻律法的不斷刑法化，對我國現今的婚姻傢庭生活仍具有一定的沿襲和影響。
중국고대법제사상，력조역대적통치자도겁위중시혼인가정관계，병통과“례”、“령”、“률”등학인혼인관계적합법화。기중，특별시혼인관계성립적정서성요건화한제성조건적발전변화，급혼인율법적불단형법화，대아국현금적혼인가정생활잉구유일정적연습화영향。
In ancient Chinese legal history, rulers of dynasties attached great importance to marriage and family relations, and confirmed their legalization through ＂ceremony＂ , ＂order＂ , ＂law＂ , etc. Especially the development and changes of the procedural requirements and restrictive conditions in setting up marital relationship, and the continued criminalization of marital law still have a certain lineage and impact on our present marriage and family life.
