随着体育事业的蓬勃发展,体育社团监督机制的不完善走进我们的视野.基于体育巨大的政治、社会、经济利益以及我国旧的体育管理机制的影响,我国的体育社团具有独特的自治性、公益性、行政性,而这三性决定了为什么体育社团需要监督、如何监督.文章以三性为出发点,通过分析我国体育监督机制存在的现状及不足,从政府机关职责本位的回归、信息公开机制的建立、监督对象范围的明确、体育社团监督方式的完善四方面构建我国的体育社团监督机制,保障体育社团的健康运行,维护相关主体的合法权益.

With the development of sports, the imperfect supervision mechanism of sports associations has become a focus. Influenced by the great political, social and economic benefits as well as the old -fashioned sports management mechanism, China~ sports associations demonstrate their own unique characteristics of being autonomous, non - profita- ble and administrative. And the three characteristics make it necessary for sports associations to be supervised. Based on the three characteristics, the paper analyzes the present situation and the insufficiency of China＇s sports supervision mechanism. It further establishes the supervision of China~ sports associations from the perspective of the return of the responsibility of government departments, the establishment of the information transparency mechanism, clarification of the suoervision objects and the oerfection of the suoervision methods.
