本研究以上海市为例,运用文献分析法、访谈法、特尔菲法、层次分析法等研究方法,依据绩效管理的相关理论,经过指标初选、理论筛选和专家筛选等步骤,对基层教练员的工作绩效评估进行了研究,构建了包含有4个一级指标、13个二级指标和37个三级指标的指标框架,旨在通过该指标体系的构建改变基层教练员绩效评估过于重视比赛成绩的现状,以提高绩效评估的科学性和合理性.
本研究以上海市為例,運用文獻分析法、訪談法、特爾菲法、層次分析法等研究方法,依據績效管理的相關理論,經過指標初選、理論篩選和專傢篩選等步驟,對基層教練員的工作績效評估進行瞭研究,構建瞭包含有4箇一級指標、13箇二級指標和37箇三級指標的指標框架,旨在通過該指標體繫的構建改變基層教練員績效評估過于重視比賽成績的現狀,以提高績效評估的科學性和閤理性.
본연구이상해시위례,운용문헌분석법、방담법、특이비법、층차분석법등연구방법,의거적효관리적상관이론,경과지표초선、이론사선화전가사선등보취,대기층교련원적공작적효평고진행료연구,구건료포함유4개일급지표、13개이급지표화37개삼급지표적지표광가,지재통과해지표체계적구건개변기층교련원적효평고과우중시비새성적적현상,이제고적효평고적과학성화합이성.
Depending on literature analysis, interviews, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and other research methods, the paper, based on the related theory of performance management, researches the assessment of grassroots coaches'work performance in Shanghai through primary screening, theoretical screening and experts'screen- ing. It establishes an index framework containing 4 first- level indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 37 third -level indicators, the aim of which is to change the present situation of overemphasis on the results of the competitions when e- valuating grass -roots coaches'work performance by establishing the index system.
