通过摄像测量分析法对我国男子优秀标枪选手最后一步“人-枪”速度进行分析,查找我国选手助跑及最后用力技术上的优劣.结果显示：我国男子优秀标枪选手右脚着地时重心水平速度在5.72-6.86m/s的范围,与国外选手有一定差距,助跑速度利用率在18.4-26.9％的范围；最后一步右脚未能积极蹬伸加速、左脚着地前已经开始对标枪施力；左着-出手期间,大部分选手枪竖直方向速度增加值大于水平方向速度增加值.

Through the camera measurement method, the paper analyzes the last step ＂man - javelin ＂ speed of elite Chinese male javelinists in order to find out such javelinists＇strengths and weaknesses in their approaches and final explosion. The result indicated that these athletes horizontal velocity of center of gravity when landing on the fight foot ranges from 5.72 to 6.86 m/s, demonstrating a certain distance from foreign peers with the utilization rate ranging from 18.4 to 26.9% in approach speed. The right foot fails to stretch and accelerate in the last step with the left foot already beginning to exert strength to the javelin before landing. Most athletes＂ added value of vertical velocity of the javelin is greater than that of horizontal speed.
