Rapid development and popular application of Internet, greatly expand the public opinion space of network. Campus network public opinion has become the major means of information dissemination and thought communication between the university students. Based on the analysis of the meaning, essential factor and lifecycle of university network opinion, the article brings forward education network opinion information monitor and management model, analysis and implement the main functions of the model, and set up interaction, feedback and response system about network opinion information. It has important realistic meaning to strengthen the surveillance and management of university network opinion for promoting the construction of harmonious campus.
