The teacher education thought is the basis to realize Kerschenteiner＇ s citizen education and labor education sys- tem. The main content of teacher education includes the definition of education, the molding of teachers＇ souls, the feature of teachers＇ souls and the fostering of teachers. The course to foster the teacher is the process to mold the teachers＇ souls, so the molding of teachers＇ souls is the cone of teacher education and training.
