为了改变当前高等师范教育中师范生教学实践性知识获得的单一、线性模式,构建了基于FCL模型的师范生教学实践性知识学习共同体。通过为期半年的实验研究发现,基于FCL模型的师范生教学实践性知识学习共同体能够有助于师范生更好地获得教学实践性知识,尤其是教学设计性知识,但尚不能提高师范生教学技能和灵活性。同时研究表明,师范生完成优质的课堂教学设计能够有助于提升课堂教学实施能力。
為瞭改變噹前高等師範教育中師範生教學實踐性知識穫得的單一、線性模式,構建瞭基于FCL模型的師範生教學實踐性知識學習共同體。通過為期半年的實驗研究髮現,基于FCL模型的師範生教學實踐性知識學習共同體能夠有助于師範生更好地穫得教學實踐性知識,尤其是教學設計性知識,但尚不能提高師範生教學技能和靈活性。同時研究錶明,師範生完成優質的課堂教學設計能夠有助于提升課堂教學實施能力。

In order to change the single and liner patterns for normal school students learning a FCL model based on teaching practical knowledge has been constructed. By six month test, it finally indicated that this model could help normal students learning teaching practical knowledge well, especially the knowledge of teaching design, but it could not improve their teaching skills and flexibility. It test also showed that it is helpful for normal students improving the ability of class- room teaching implementing after they have accomplished the classroom teaching design well.
