以大小兴安岭生态功能区为研究对象，运用DEMATEL方法，对大小兴安岭生态功能区建设实践中的影响因素进行定量地研究，从而识别出大小兴安岭生态功能区建设最根本的影响因素和最重要的动力因素。研究结果表明：在影响大小兴安岭生态功能区建设的核心象限因素中，生态因素处于驱动层面，社会因素居于核心位置；森林资源状况和众多的社会方面的因素位于原因因素象限，是驱动大小兴安岭生态功能区建设最根本的动力因素；教育水平和高新技术状况是结果因素象限中效应最为显著的两个影响因素；只有经济发展水平因素处于被影响因素象限。最后，根据因果象限分析的结果，得出相关的若干结论与建议。

Taking the example of ecological functional region in greater and lesser Khingan range and using the method of DEMATEL, this article carries out the quantitative studying on the influencing factors of construction so as to determine the most fundamental factors affecting the most important mo- tivating factors. The researching results show that： Firstly, among the core factors quadrant, ecologi- cal factors are the driving factors and social factors take center stage; Secondly, status of forest re- sources and some other social factors lie in this quadrant, they are the most fundamental dynamic fac- tors that motivating the construction of ecological functional region in greater and lesser Khingan range; Thirdly, the level of education and high-tech conditions are the 2 most significant influencing factors during the results quadrant. At last, only the level of economic development factors lies in the impact factor quadrant. Finally, according to the results of cause-causal quadrant analysis, some conclusions are summarized for the paper.
