大学生职业指导课程20世纪中期由欧美各国兴起,20世纪末传入我国.2003年我国教育部将之纳入课程体系。大学生职业指导课程改革应从教学理念更新、校本课程开发、师资队伍建设、教学方法改进等几方面开展。改革的核心是减少指导内容,增加训练环节,切实提升大学生的职业素养与就业能力。
