基于反映经济空间“3D”框架和反映国土利用效益的“3I”框架,对河南省市域经济空间、国土利用综合效益及其耦合协调发展水平进行研究,提出了河南省经济一国土区划构想。结果表明:(1)河南省经济空间呈现明显的“中心一外围”模式,并且经济距离是影响市域经济空间的主要因素;(2)河南省国土利用效益还处于中等水平,并呈现北高南低的空间格局。豫北地区规模效益明显,结构与集约效益不足;豫南地区结构效益明显,规模与集约效益不足;(3)市域经济空间与国土利用效益的耦合协调发展还处于中等水平,呈现“同强同弱”的一致性。
基于反映經濟空間“3D”框架和反映國土利用效益的“3I”框架,對河南省市域經濟空間、國土利用綜閤效益及其耦閤協調髮展水平進行研究,提齣瞭河南省經濟一國土區劃構想。結果錶明:(1)河南省經濟空間呈現明顯的“中心一外圍”模式,併且經濟距離是影響市域經濟空間的主要因素;(2)河南省國土利用效益還處于中等水平,併呈現北高南低的空間格跼。豫北地區規模效益明顯,結構與集約效益不足;豫南地區結構效益明顯,規模與集約效益不足;(3)市域經濟空間與國土利用效益的耦閤協調髮展還處于中等水平,呈現“同彊同弱”的一緻性。
기우반영경제공간“3D”광가화반영국토이용효익적“3I”광가,대하남성시역경제공간、국토이용종합효익급기우합협조발전수평진행연구,제출료하남성경제일국토구화구상。결과표명:(1)하남성경제공간정현명현적“중심일외위”모식,병차경제거리시영향시역경제공간적주요인소;(2)하남성국토이용효익환처우중등수평,병정현북고남저적공간격국。예북지구규모효익명현,결구여집약효익불족;예남지구결구효익명현,규모여집약효익불족;(3)시역경제공간여국토이용효익적우합협조발전환처우중등수평,정현“동강동약”적일치성。
Based on the "3 D" conceptual framework proposed by the annual report of the World Bank and the "3I" conceptual framework, this paper establishes a hierarchical set of indicators to reflect the three dimensions of density, distance and division and three dimensions of input, infrasture and intensity to comprehensively evaluate the economic space and efficiency of land use of Henan Province and their coupling development. Based on the re- sults, we propose the land zoning of Henan Province to aide national planning. The result shows that the north and the central parts of Henan Province become the economic growth centers and the economic spatial structure repre- sents a clear core-periphery mode. Economic distance is an obstacle to the development of the cities in Henan. The efficiency of land use stays in the medium level and the economic space is from north to south. The spatial coupling between the economic spatial and efficiency of land use stays in a medium development level and there is a high correlation between them.
