校园招聘是大学生实现就业的有效途径之一。本文依据工作搜寻理论提出研究假设,采用访谈法收集西北农林科技大学2013届毕业生参加校园招聘的信息资料。研究表明,影响校园招聘有效性的因素有:企业校园招聘时间提前、招聘人员缺乏专业性、高校地理位置偏远、校园招聘会的不同组织形式、就业指导和职业生涯辅导缺失等。为此,提出建立校园招聘信息管理平台、从入学开始帮助学生规划未来职业生涯、建立就业服务机构与用人单位的沟通机制,以及重视学生“情商”培养等措施来提高校园招聘有效性。

Campus recruitment is one of the effective ways to realize university students' employment. This article is based on the theory of job search and puts forward the research hypothesis by using the method of interview to collect the information of graduates of 2013 to participate in campus recruitment of Northwest A&F University. Studies show that the influencing factors of campus recruitment effectiveness are: time advance of enterprise campus recruitments, lack of profi~ssional recruiters, the geograph- ical positions of colleges and universities, campus recruitment organization form, and lack of employment guidance and career counseling, etc. This paper puts forward the effective measures such as founding campus recruitment information management platform, helping students plan for the future career starting from their entrance to university, establishing the communication mechanism between employment service agencies and employers, and paying attention to the cuhivation of students' EQ to improve campus recruitment effectiveness.
