国外动漫产业集群发展主要有市场主导型和政府扶持型两种模式，我国主要存在政府扶持型、原生型和混合型等三种动漫产业集群发展模式。根据广西动漫产业发展速度较快、已初步形成产业聚集、产业整体实力较弱和产业链未真正形成的现状，充分发挥广西地方政府的引导作用，采取政府引导和市场相结合、以动漫龙头企业带动产业集群的形成，是广西动漫产业集群化发展的现实选择。
國外動漫產業集群髮展主要有市場主導型和政府扶持型兩種模式，我國主要存在政府扶持型、原生型和混閤型等三種動漫產業集群髮展模式。根據廣西動漫產業髮展速度較快、已初步形成產業聚集、產業整體實力較弱和產業鏈未真正形成的現狀，充分髮揮廣西地方政府的引導作用，採取政府引導和市場相結閤、以動漫龍頭企業帶動產業集群的形成，是廣西動漫產業集群化髮展的現實選擇。
국외동만산업집군발전주요유시장주도형화정부부지형량충모식，아국주요존재정부부지형、원생형화혼합형등삼충동만산업집군발전모식。근거엄서동만산업발전속도교쾌、이초보형성산업취집、산업정체실력교약화산업련미진정형성적현상，충분발휘엄서지방정부적인도작용，채취정부인도화시장상결합、이동만룡두기업대동산업집군적형성，시엄서동만산업집군화발전적현실선택。
There are two types of cluster development models of animation industry abroad, including market dominant model and government dominant model. But the cluster development models can be divided into market dominant, government dominant, and market and government mixed dominant in China. Guangxi animation industry developed fast these years. It forms industry agglomeration preliminarily. But overall strength of Guangxi animation industry is weak. And the industrial chain has not really formed. So it is a realistic choice to play the guiding role of the local government of Guangxi, cultivate the leading animation enterprises and improve the industrial chains for the development of the Guangxi animation industry duster.
