自奥地利学派著名学者Kirzner发现了创业警觉在自由市场均衡过程中所起的协调作用以来，心理学、创业学和组织学等多个学科的学者对创业警觉的概念内涵及其在创业和组织发展过程中的动力和作用机制进行了深入而又持续的探讨，并且取得了许多值得关注的成果。本文首先回顾了创业警觉研究的整体理论进展，然后梳理了注意力基础观、社会认知、创业行动和组织变革四个视角下的创业警觉研究演进脉络，最后小结了现有创业警觉研究仍存在的不足并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
自奧地利學派著名學者Kirzner髮現瞭創業警覺在自由市場均衡過程中所起的協調作用以來，心理學、創業學和組織學等多箇學科的學者對創業警覺的概唸內涵及其在創業和組織髮展過程中的動力和作用機製進行瞭深入而又持續的探討，併且取得瞭許多值得關註的成果。本文首先迴顧瞭創業警覺研究的整體理論進展，然後梳理瞭註意力基礎觀、社會認知、創業行動和組織變革四箇視角下的創業警覺研究縯進脈絡，最後小結瞭現有創業警覺研究仍存在的不足併對未來研究方嚮進行瞭展望。

Since the famous scholar of Austrian school Kirzner discovered the coordination role of entrepreneurial alertness in the balance process of free market, scholars of psychological, entrepreneur- ial and organizational disciplines have deeply and continuously discussed the connotation of the concept of entrepreneurial alertness and the effects of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurship and organ- izational development and have obtained some achievements worthy of being paid attention to. This paper first reviews the whole theoretical development of entrepreneurial alertness research. Then it sorts out the evolution context of entrepreneurial alertness research from the perspectives of attention -based view, social cognition, entrepreneurial action and organizational change. Finally it summarizes the limitation of current entrepreneurial alertness research and makes prospects for future research di- rections.
