遵循生态文明建设的基本原则，从黔东南的有利条件出发，以总体要求为统领，科学构建五大示范建设体系，包括优越稳定的生态环境体系、民族特色的生态文化体系、发达可持续的生态经济体系、美丽富饶的生态城乡体系、文明友好的生态行为体系。从机制创新、政策扶持和综合保障三方面提出有力的保障措施。

This study was the practice example of local ecological civilization construction after the 18th National Congress of the CPC, in case of the Qiandongnan region in Guizhou province. The construction was according to the basic principles of ecological civilization, considering from the advantages of Qiandongnan Region, and took the general requirements as a guide. On the basis of this, five major scientific demonstration systems was construct- ed, including superior stability of ecological system, the nadonal characteristics of the ecological culture system, de- veloped a sustainable ecological economic system, the beautiful and rich ecological system, ecological behavior civi- lization friendly system between urban and rural areas. From the mechanism innovation, policy support, and inte- grated endurances, the powerful safeguard measures are put forward.
