林业对山区经济发展具有重要的促进作用。以安徽省金寨县为例，分析了贫困山区林业发展的现状与问题，从山区林业功能定位的视角寻找解决问题途径。从农业多功能性理论出发，在重点考虑生态环保等因素的前提下，提出了产品供给和服务提供是当地林业的基本功能；在产业选择时，结合金寨资源禀赋优势，重点发展茶叶，合理控制毛竹、中药材和油茶，适度发展桑蚕和板栗产业的基本思路。

The economy of forestry has played an important role in promoting the economic development in rural mountainous area. In this article, we took Jinzhai county in Anhui province, a typical impoverished mountainous ar- ea in China, as an example, analyzed the current situation and problems of their forestry development and tried to find the solution through functional orientation of the forestry. Based on the theory of multi-functional agriculture and especially considering protecting the environment and ecology as a basic precondition, we proposed that prod- uct and service provision should be the basic function of the local forestry. Specifically, we put forward the detailed suggestions which included Jinzhai should emphasize the development of the tea industry, control the development of bamboo, herb and tea-oil tree industry at a reasonable level and moderately develop mulberry and chestnut in- dustry.
