伴随着山西省综改试验区的建立，生态补偿问题越来越受到政府和社会的高度关注。在进行生态补偿时应充分考虑山西省的生态环境和经济发展水平，建立科学的生态补偿模式和生态保护机制，并确定生态补偿顺序，从而兼顾资源开发和生态保护，切实提高山西省综改区的可持续发展能力。

With the establishment of pilot region for comprehensive reforms in Shanxi Province , ecological com-pensation is paid more and more attention by the government and the society .On ecological compensation should fully consider the ecological environment of Shanxi Province and the level of economic development , creation of ec-ological compensation mode of science , the establishment of ecological protection mechanism , scientifically formu-late ecological compensation sequence , both resource exploitation and ecological protection , improve the compre-hensive reform area Shanxi Province ’ s sustainable development ability.
