环境问题的解决需要环保资金的投入，从环保投资视角出发，研究环保投资的综合效益，具有现实意义。在运用间接效益模型、岭回归、VAR模型、案例分析等方法对环保投资的经济、环境与社会效益进行分析的基础上，构建综合效益衡量指标体系，基于层次分析法确定指标权重，采用专家打分法对综合效益进行评级界定，研究发现：我国环保投资的综合效益良好，环境效益对综合效益的影响程度最大、社会效益次之、经济效益最弱，环保投资的各项效益之间发展存在差异。因此，需要逐步挖掘各项效益的活力，推动经济、环境与社会效益的平稳发展，最终实现环保投资综合效益的全面提升。

Environmental problems need to be solved by the environmental protection funds, therefore, this article from the perspective of environmental protection investment, researching its comprehensive benefit, it has the significance. With the methods of adjusting effect models, ridge regression, VAR models and case analysis, this paper tested the economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit of the environmental protection investment. Based on the analysis, structure the evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefit, use AHP to determine the weight of the evaluation index system, on account of expert scoring method for rating definition to the comprehensive benefit. The research founds： the comprehensive benefit of environmental protection investment in China is good, the influence of environmental benefit is the highest to the comprehensive benefit, followed by the social benefit, the economic benefit is the smallest; the development between the benefits is different. Therefore, it is necessary to excavate the energy of all the benefits, promote the economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit develop in a steady way, and realize to improve the comprehensive benefit.
