在生态文明建设的理论与实践过程中，“正人心论”是一种主导的理论观点与措施方法。生态伦理学是“正人心论”的集中体现与核心精神。生态伦理学能够为生态文明建设提供正确的世界观与价值观，但因生态伦理学在理论和实践上都存在着自身的困境，因此只是实行价值观的大转折，即“正人心论”，并不能完全解决生态环境问题，只有“正人心论”与“正制度论”的有机结合才能建成生态文明。
在生態文明建設的理論與實踐過程中，“正人心論”是一種主導的理論觀點與措施方法。生態倫理學是“正人心論”的集中體現與覈心精神。生態倫理學能夠為生態文明建設提供正確的世界觀與價值觀，但因生態倫理學在理論和實踐上都存在著自身的睏境，因此隻是實行價值觀的大轉摺，即“正人心論”，併不能完全解決生態環境問題，隻有“正人心論”與“正製度論”的有機結閤纔能建成生態文明。

＂Mind Rectification Theory＂ is a dominant theoretical perspectives and measures in the theory and practice of the ecological civilization construction, with ecological ethics being its concentrated reflection and the core spirit. While ecological ethics can provide the right world outlooks and values for the ecological civilization construction, it can just bring about a major turning point for world values due to its own plight in its theory and practice. Namely, it cannot completely solve all the ecological environmental problems. Only when ＂Mind Rectification Theory＂ combined flexibly with ＂System Rectification Theory＂ can ecological civilization successfully come true.
