图书馆阅读文化建设作为图书馆文化建设工程的有机部分，承担着凝聚、控制和导向等职能。本文参考图书馆文化建设的内容，主要从环境建设、资源建设、服务建设3个方面建立图书馆阅读文化评价指标体系，并对图书馆阅读文化建设的现状进行评价和分析，最后提出推动图书馆阅读文化建设的管理策略。
圖書館閱讀文化建設作為圖書館文化建設工程的有機部分，承擔著凝聚、控製和導嚮等職能。本文參攷圖書館文化建設的內容，主要從環境建設、資源建設、服務建設3箇方麵建立圖書館閱讀文化評價指標體繫，併對圖書館閱讀文化建設的現狀進行評價和分析，最後提齣推動圖書館閱讀文化建設的管理策略。
도서관열독문화건설작위도서관문화건설공정적유궤부분，승담착응취、공제화도향등직능。본문삼고도서관문화건설적내용，주요종배경건설、자원건설、복무건설3개방면건립도서관열독문화평개지표체계，병대도서관열독문화건설적현상진행평개화분석，최후제출추동도서관열독문화건설적관리책략。
Library reading culture- building as an integral part of the library＇s cultural construction engineering which as- sume the role of cohesion, control and guidance. This paper referred to the contents of the library＇s cultural construction to build evaluation index system of library reading culture, took a main indicators describing from the three aspects of environmental con- struction, resources construction, service construction, and then made an assessment and analysis of the current situation of the library reading culture - building. Finally the article proposed the management strategies for promoting the cultural construction of library reading.
