利用208名企业员工的调查数据拟合假设关系模型,研究发现:员工的情绪智力对工作绩效有显著的正向作用(直接效应);情绪智力对自我效能感有显著的正向作用;自我效能感对工作绩效有显著的正向作用;自我效能感在员工情绪智力与工作绩效的关系中起着部分中介作用.

This paper, using structural equation model to fit the assumed relational model, as well as the survey data of 208 employees, the result shows that the emotional intelligence of employees has significantly positive (direct) influence on work performance ; emotional intelligence also has significantly positive effects on self-efficacy; self-efficacy has significantly posi- tive effect on work performance; self-efficacy acts partly a mediate role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance.
