在阐述本土代工企业知识转移的基础上,提出影响本土代工企业知识转移的因素模型和相关理论假设.结果表明:学习意愿、吸收能力、知识储存量、关系信任对知识转移有显著正向影响,知识储存量对吸收能力有显著正向影响.被转移知识特性、知识差异对知识转移有显著负向影响,适度冲突对知识转移与关系信任影响均不显著.
在闡述本土代工企業知識轉移的基礎上,提齣影響本土代工企業知識轉移的因素模型和相關理論假設.結果錶明:學習意願、吸收能力、知識儲存量、關繫信任對知識轉移有顯著正嚮影響,知識儲存量對吸收能力有顯著正嚮影響.被轉移知識特性、知識差異對知識轉移有顯著負嚮影響,適度遲突對知識轉移與關繫信任影響均不顯著.

This paper establishes a knowledge transfer factors model in subcontracting enterprises on the basis of introducing knowledge transfer in subcontracting enterprises; then it puts forward relevant theoretical hypothesis. The result shows that learning willingness, absorptive capacity, prior related knowledge, and trust has significant positive effects on knowledge transfer; prior related knowledge has significant positive effects on absorptive capacity ; characters of knowledge transferred, knowledge difference has significant negative influence on knowledge transfer; moderate conflict has no significant influence on knowledge transfer and trust.
