国土资源科技成果快速转化，尽快占领市场并取得经济效益，对国民经济发展意义重大。对国土资源科技成果统计数据与成果转化中存在的问题进行了分析，发现近年来我国国土资源科技成果转化工作已经取得较大成绩，但是仍存在政策少、资金缺、科技与经济脱节、科研人员不重视等诸多问题。针对这些问题，基于政府层面，提出需加强政策引导，明确对科技人员的奖励，建立多级科技转化机构，设立成果转化专项，促进科技成果及时快速转化。
國土資源科技成果快速轉化，儘快佔領市場併取得經濟效益，對國民經濟髮展意義重大。對國土資源科技成果統計數據與成果轉化中存在的問題進行瞭分析，髮現近年來我國國土資源科技成果轉化工作已經取得較大成績，但是仍存在政策少、資金缺、科技與經濟脫節、科研人員不重視等諸多問題。針對這些問題，基于政府層麵，提齣需加彊政策引導，明確對科技人員的獎勵，建立多級科技轉化機構，設立成果轉化專項，促進科技成果及時快速轉化。

It is of great significance to the development of national economy that land resources science and technology achievements of China quickly achieve transfer and occupy the market and acquire economic benefits. An analysis of the transfer of the achievements has revealed that the problems remain of inadequate policy, shortage of fund, disjunction between science and technology and economy, and scholars＇ indifference. To solve the problems, this paper holds that the government should reinforce policy guidance, confirm the incentive mechanism for scientific research personnel, and establish multiple agencies of achievement transfer and special financial support so as to accelerate the transfer of scientific and technological achievements.
