随着政府投资项目规模及复杂程度的不断增加，项目治理在项目推进中日益重要，但信息不对称问题成为影响大型政府投资项目治理绩效的关键因素。首先，通过文献综述，分析大型政府投资项目治理理论基础，并归纳政府投资项目治理绩效指标；其次，分析项目总控影响大型政府投资项目治理绩效作用机制；然后，通过研究假设，设计调查问卷，开展调查研究；最后，运用SPSS软件分析项目总控对政府投资项目治理绩效的影响。结果表明，项目总控能够发挥独立第三方和信息集成的作用，对政府投资项目治理绩效有积极影响。

As the size and complexity of mega government investment project increase,project governance is becoming more and more important. But the information asymmetry in mega government investment project has been a main factor affect- ing the project governance performance. In this paper,a project governance information communication mechanism based on project controlling was established. Firstly,the mega government investment project governance theory was analyzed through a literature review, and the indicators of mega government investment project governance performance were ex tracted from the papers published; secondly, the mechanism that project controlling influenced the mega government invest- ment project governance performance was analyzed; and then, the research hypothesis between project controlling and pro- ject governance performance were built, and a questionnaire was designed to help the researcher conduct the investigation; finally,the research hypothesis were tested with the help of SPSS17.0. The result shows that project controlling has a positive impact on the mega government investment project governance performance.
