从体能、智能、技能、心能四个能力因子出发,提出新生代农民工人力资源能力概念模型.在对中部六省问卷调研的基础上,运用结构方程验证了新生代农民工人力资源能力概念模型的合理性.各初阶因素对高阶因素人力资源能力影响程度的排序为:心能、智能、技能、体能;二阶验证性结构方程模型中各变量的路径系数,可以计算出人力资源能力各要素的权重,从而避免在确定要素权重时人为打分,降低评价客观性的问题.
從體能、智能、技能、心能四箇能力因子齣髮,提齣新生代農民工人力資源能力概唸模型.在對中部六省問捲調研的基礎上,運用結構方程驗證瞭新生代農民工人力資源能力概唸模型的閤理性.各初階因素對高階因素人力資源能力影響程度的排序為:心能、智能、技能、體能;二階驗證性結構方程模型中各變量的路徑繫數,可以計算齣人力資源能力各要素的權重,從而避免在確定要素權重時人為打分,降低評價客觀性的問題.

This paper puts forward a human resource capacity concept model for the new generation of peasant workers based on four capacity factors as physical capability, intellectual capability, technical capability and psychological capacity by using the structural equation test and verify the HRC concept model on basis of investigation in the six provinces of central China.The research shows that: psycho- logical capacities had the biggest impact on HRC,then the intellectual capabilities, and physical fitness is the lest important effect factor.According to the path coefficient calculated from the structural equa- tion model,we got the weights of evaluation elements of HRC.This evaluation method avoids the un- certainty brought by direct expert estimation, and reduces the subjectivity of evaluation.Therefore, the result of HRC evaluation of the new generation of peasant workers is more accurate, reasonable and credible.
