商鞅变法是中国古代较为成功的一次社会改革,其成功原因各说纷纭,文章从国家权力角度进行了探讨,并得出了是最高统治者的支持给了商鞅运用各种形式权力的权限,对权威力的运用使秦民不得不服,对影响力的运用使秦民心服口服,对强制力的运用使秦民因恐惧而服,才是商鞅变法能够成功的真正原因.
商鞅變法是中國古代較為成功的一次社會改革,其成功原因各說紛紜,文章從國傢權力角度進行瞭探討,併得齣瞭是最高統治者的支持給瞭商鞅運用各種形式權力的權限,對權威力的運用使秦民不得不服,對影響力的運用使秦民心服口服,對彊製力的運用使秦民因恐懼而服,纔是商鞅變法能夠成功的真正原因.
상앙변법시중국고대교위성공적일차사회개혁,기성공원인각설분운,문장종국가권력각도진행료탐토,병득출료시최고통치자적지지급료상앙운용각충형식권력적권한,대권위력적운용사진민불득불복,대영향력적운용사진민심복구복,대강제력적운용사진민인공구이복,재시상앙변법능구성공적진정원인.
Abstract ： Shang Yang reform is one of the most successful social reforms in ancient China. The reasons for its success t have been different. This article has carried on a discussion from the angle of power, and comes to the conclusion that the support of the supreme rulers granted Shang Yang the right of using various powers. The use of authority power made people of Qin have to obey the new laws. The use of influence power made people sincerely in favor of new laws. The use of force power makes people obey the new laws out of fear, and that is why Shang Yang＇s reform succeeds.
